  1. Go to Settings > Screen Time.
  2. Set a temporary passcode you know (e.g., 0000).

2. Prepare Change

  1. Go to Change Screen Time Passcode.
  2. Enter your old code.
  3. Wait until the screen says "Enter New Passcode".

3. Instructions
